Senior training continues as usual every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm
and Saturday evenings at 6.00pm sharp! It's vitally important that all
girls attend! If you can't make it you must contact either Noel Conway
or Collie Tuohey. Minor training continues every Monday and Friday at
7.15pm sharp.They play St. Enda's next in the league (Tuesday 15th)
at home at 7.30pm – all support welcome! U'14 training continues
every Wednesday at 6.15pm sharp.They played Cappagh last in the league
and unfortunately lost out on the 2 league points. Next game for this
squad takes place on Monday 14th May against Ardboe at home in the league
at 7.30pm. U10 training continues and takes place every Saturday morning
at 11am. They took part in their first blitz of the season last Saturday
in Carrickmore. Next blitz takes place for this squad on 19th May.
'Gaelic
for Girls' concluded yesterday evening after a short presentation where
they were presented with T-Shirts & Certificates for their efforts
throughout the six weeks. A special word of thanks to Eileen Jones (Aodh
Ruadh) for coming along to make the presentations and voice her words
of encouragement to the children.
The clubs
registration evening takes place tomorrow evening Friday 4th May at
7.00pm sharp in the Community Centre for all players from U'10 to senior
level within the club. U'18's must be accompanied by a parent to sign
registration forms. U18s - £20, Seniors - £30. It's vitally
important that those wishing to play football this season pay up tomorrow
evening as this will be your only chance! Club waterproofs, hoodies,
new supporter jerseys, shorts, socks and beanies are now on sale and
can be purchased from Tish McElduff.
The club
handed over all sponsor monies gathered to the Royal Victoria Hospital
Intensive Care Unit and Ward 4C in the Community Centre last Friday
evening. Our thanks to Lisa Devlin of Ward 4C who came along to lift
the cheques on behalf of the Royal Victoria Hospital. The club would
like to express their deepest sympathy to the entire McAnespie Family
Loughmacrory on the death of Mickey (RIP).
